The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 ensures Australian Government agencies create websites that are accessible to everyone. The Department of Industry Science and Resources aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard at level AA.

In June 2019 the department achieved WCAG 2.1 level AA certification for this website. However, the department is still working towards this level for our documents. 

The department will regularly audit the website for accessibility to ensure it is accessible into the future.
